These Terms & Conditions of Use (the "Terms") apply to the Truck-Pal web site (www.truck-pal.com - the "Website"). The Website is property of Silverado Industries, Inc. ("Silverado"). By using the Website, you are implicity agreeing to the Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

Silverado reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes.

All content (the "Content") within the Website (including but not limited to text, images, layout, design) are property of Silverado and protected under United States copyright laws. No portion of the Site or the Content may be reproduced or copied withour prior written permission from Silverado.

If you are not completely satisfied with your Truck-Pal, simply return it within 30 days for a replacement or refund of purchase, whichever you prefer (excluding shipping charges). Merchandise must be returned according to instructions and authorization issued by our customer service department.

All returned merchandise must be properly packed in the original packaging and include the original copies of all paperwork. Credit or exchange will not be issued for improperly packed or damaged items. Installed or incomplete units will not be accepted. Returned merchandise may be subject to a 15% restocking charge. All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for purchase.
