Silverado Industries Inc. ("the Company") warrants the Truck-Pal, to the original purchaser only, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for three (3) years from the date of original (first) sale. Determination as to whether a product is, or is not, defective is determined solely by the Company.

Freight to return a product to the company, for defect determination, is the responsibility of the purchaser. Freight to return the product to the purchaser is borne by the Company. The Company will not be responsible for any labor charges to remove or reinstall the product.

This LIMITED THREE WARRANTY does not cover incidental damages or inconsequential damages caused by misuse, abuse, accident, or neglect caused by any person(s) or thing(s), Purchaser's sole remedy being repair or replacement, at the sole discretion of the company. Functional alteration of any kind, by the purchaser, dealer, or other person(s) to the product specifically voids this warranty.

Silverado Industries Inc. is committed to ensuring that all of our products meet the quality expectations that consumers have for Original Equipment products. In the event that your product does not perform as expected, please follow the procedure outlined below:

1. Please collect the following information: vehicle model and year, proof of purchase, and details of the problem.
2. Contact Truck-Pal either by phone, fax, or e-mail and advise that you believe there is a problem with your unit.
3. If you are instructed to return your unit to Silverado, please pack it into a suitable carton. Ensure that the unit has been well packaged so as to avoid damage during transport. Freight charges must be pre-paid.
4. From the date of receipt, Silverado will advise you whether the claim is valid within five (5) working days. Silverado will replace or return the unit at the company's expense by standard courier. Maximum delivery time is seven (7) days. The normal turn-around time is ten (10) working days from the receipt of the product.
